HiCAP version 2 began shipping mid-September 2003. All current HiCAP 2000 users received detailed announcement letters and special pricing. If you do not yet own a copy of HiCAPv2 and would like to receive the new announcement, go to the support section of this website and submit your address and contact information. You will be entered into our mailing database for all future HiCAP announcements.

How to order

An order form in PDF format is available for downloading. Print the form and mail or fax to Kittelson & Associates, Inc. at the address/fax number below.

HiCAP v2 software registration

With your order confirmation, you will receive your HiCAP-PIN number. This number will indicate that you possess an "official" copy of the software. It will also be used as an identification number for future correspondence and upgrades.

We will confirm (via fax or email) receipt of your order and payment, and will indicate the expected shipping date.

Shipping information

Orders will be shipped to U.S. addresses via U.S. Postal Service. Orders will be shipped to other than U.S. addresses by U.S. Global Priority (if available in your area) or U.S. Global Express Mail. Overnight shipment is available for customers when a FedEx or Airborne airbill number is provided on the order form.
